No response after many complaints

Dear sir,

My landline no. is 0129- 2441457 and from last half month my broadband is not working properly, sometimes it is connected and then after some time it disconnects.so, i cannot use it properly and sir, also my landline not working from 2 months. I have complaint many times but i have not received any response from bsnl side. My complaint no. is 64664. Everytime i was told by bsnl technicians that we will look after the matter. I am really fed up of this problem.

I request you to pls look after this problem seriously or pls disconnect my services after letting me know and give my deposit back. I am really not satisfied with bsnl services.
