Problem of Broad Band in begining

Dear Sir,

My Broad band is not proper working still begining. In-spite of so many complante in 1500 no or written complante submitted in M.I.Road but problem is still pending no body come to home to check the same. I have submitted two bills dispite of not satisfactry for BSNL services.

Please do the needful.
