LANDLINE AND BROADBAND INTERNET NOT WORKING

Sir, my phn no 0361 2633588 is lying dead from 21/07 . On 25/07 i registered a complaint in 198 docket no 94351. Again after 10 days i complained at 1500 complaint no 932327.

Then on 25/08 i submitted a complaint letter at Area manager office panbazar guwahati.

After that i am still visiting the local bsnl sdo office at fancybazar guwahati number of times to get my phn working but i am being told that it is exchange fault.

My other phn no is 9435041419. I want to get my phn working at the earliest.
