I have a broadband connection from BSNL in Range Hills, Kirkee. The internet connection keeps failing very often. In a week, i'm able to use it for hardly two days. I have been logging the complains with the local office as well as with the customer care. The complain is never attended in the local office and now they've stopped attending the calls as well. I have never defaulted in paying the bills, then whats the cause of irresponsibility from their side? I have even tried speaking to the GM here, but the same response. His pune picks up the phone everytime and then with some or the other excuses hangs up.
I'm absolutely unsatisfied by their service. And just because no other Service providers are available in this area I'm being forced to use their connection. Can someone please suggest me as to how should i fight this monoply!
