UNABLE TO UNSUBSCRIBE

Refer complaint number H267586645 dated 26 Aug 09 (Executive-Mr. Saurau) which was being reforwarded on 28 Aug 09 at 1308 h. My mobile number is 9411458781.
I had subscribed "WAP model of the day" services from BSNL on GPRS on 25th of July 09, the subscription charges were Rs.30 per month and daily i used to get hot model of the day photos by 58888 (push up message). I received a message on 23rd of Aug 09 "your sub model of the day will be renewed on 25 aug 09. To unsub click here - http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp? i=744".
The URL is not opening on my mobile even after having full network and sufficient balance. The same URL is opening on other mobiles but after inserting my SIM, the mobile does'nt repond.
I had already done verbal complaints with customer support centre and visited nearest BSNL exchange office but in vain. Also, i have sent help messages to 58888 and posted queries according to their format but i didnt succeed. The subscription automatically get renewed on 25th of every month and 30 rupees are deducted. I want to stop this service but till now my every effort has been unfruitful.
Now, i am left with no option but to go to District Consumer Forum. Take it as my intimation to you in this regard and i will wait for five more days before i move to the District Consumer Forum.
