Lost mobile having excel prepaid sim

I lost my mobile (No. 9432160170) on the 4th of September around 7.15 pm in the evening. My connection was a BSNL Excel Prepaid one. The mobile had the following details -

1) Mobile Model - Nokia 1650 Black

2) IMEI - 354870028549705

3) Mobile number Address: 56/7, Natabar Paul Road, Howrah, Pin - 711101

4) Communication number - 033 26676727

Please take necessary action in blocking the IMEI of the above mobile phone.
