Frequent disconnection of broad band

Sir,

My bsnl broadband internet is not working from the past 10 days. My LINK in the modem is not highlighting and net is not working for me. I have given complaint so many times. But no one is coming to repair or resolve the problem. I have called 1504 and many other numbers, and all of them are saying that... we are booking a complaint and this will be resolved in 24 hours. But already 240 hours gone. Nobody is coming here to solve my problem.
