Phone no 0755-2581808 dead since last 3 days

I have a connection of BSNL (phone no:0755-2581808) and it has been dead since last 3 days, despite several complaints the phone continue to remain dead.and if it is repaired then after some time it becomes dead again and hence it has been dead 3-4 times within a month. so kindly do the required.
