Broadband uses detail not show on my BROADBAND CONNECTION 0141-2720925 in RAJASTHAN JAIPUR

I have tel. connection no.01412720925 with broadband, we had logded complaint on BSNL call centre no 1500 wide complint no 6574998 on dated 31/08/09 but today till date 12/09/09 is still remain unchange they are ignore my complaint, sir we are paying monthly bill for broadband & tel. connection.
