For broadband net connection

Hello sir..

i want to do complain towards bsnl broad band connection ph (05222-2683085) that was not work from long duration (3aug). i have done several complain at 1500 and also talk to sdo (05222629820), superviser (052222312200), dean (05222624400) DJm 0522202010)..ect..but there is no respone againt to solve net problem..at last i give a application to the SDO of Area but he also does not take action against this net connection.i get tired from doing complain..

so i request to u that please take nessory action to help me to solve this problem..
