Poor web maintenance

Hi

the site data.bsnl.in which is the only (known) way to check one's broadband usage, never opens until I try and try for at least 30 minutes... and sometimes even that is not enough. I am new to bsnl BB service and am shocked that an ISP of bsnl's repute actually can't even maintain a high traffic website properly. Please repair your site or provide us an alternative to view our BB usage... And seriously, learn from the likes of Google- THAT is called traffic management.
