Excess billing

I have applied for the broadband plan of 750ul plus... and i used the connection for 2 months..now i received the bill of Rs.82, 517.00... i just complained to my exchange officers about this and then only i came to know that they have given the 250 plan connection to me... i did applied for 750UL plus connect but they given 250 plan without my notification... pls kindly help me what action should i take further about this problem...
