Very Serious Complaint

Good Morning sir,

I am K.Ravinarayanan (Manager Micro Insurance, LIC). I have installed broadband connection of bsnl during september 1st week. but now due to the problem in telephone line the broadband connection is not working properly.therefore we could not browse the net properly. if this problem continues the payment for monthly rent for broadband connection is not justified. please rectify it immaediaterly. we have already booked three complaints but no action was taken. we are residng in east tambaram.please rectify it.our landline no is 22392275 and my mobile number is 9940456851. thanking you
