My telephone no is 033 25221375, at A/8/7 Kalindi Housing Estate, Jessore Road, Kolkata 700089.The BB connection to this telephone is out of order for the last 2-3 months. Repeated complaints to 1504 and1800 424 1600 and the respective officers at Bidhannagar Tel Exchange and Kalindi Tel Exchange have bourne no results. I hope some one in the office of the CGM Calcutta telephones reads this complaint and advise what I should do to be heard.
