Broadband connection not coming

It is been a week since I got troubles using my broadband connection. Since it was a festival of dusherra, we were trying to contact my sister in US to wish them, but to vain as the broadband was not working

I called the customer care twice, and they gave me different IP addresses when i called them. This is really confusing and frustrating as when i changed the IP addresses also it did not function.

I have been given a complaint number too, so everytime i call 1500 and enquire about my complaint status, the automated voice says 'still under progress'

With this dial up, we cannot even talk in skype.kindly rectify it as fast as possible, otherwise i will have to disconnect this service.
