Bfone Connection delay

Dear Sir / Madam,

I was applied for the new broadband connection with new telephone line on 20-May. But till now I have not got the connection even after my repeated reminders and visit to BSNL office Ponneri, Tamilnadu. I have the receipt for the amount which I have paid for the new Bfone connection. On your request, I am ready to send you the copy of bill.

Pl. look into this on urgent basis and help me to get the connection.
