Snl dosti scheme

I have bought 3 dosti sim cards at a time at rs 300 some 20 days back and i have sent the sms for dosti from one of the sims (9477467809)... but till date my bsnl dosti scheme is not activated and the charge .90rs for each call in between the 3 numbers..i am fed up with the customer care sevive who keep on telling me that "sir please wait, your request has been accepted and your request is being processed..."... please take note of this issue and if the issue is solved i will b forever grateful to this forum...

my 3 dosti numbers are 9477467810, 9477467809, 9477467811... even they have manually accepted the request from the number 9477467810...

i am feeling very helpless... please help me...
