I give the application to change the plane Home 299 to Home UL 750 PLUS on dated 30/09 with request no.418638. but right now no any action taken by BSNL Head Office, NELLORE. I am suffering lot of problem related to bill. Please sir, Kindly request to change my plane as soon as possible.
