Problem with BSNL service

Hai,

I have lodged a complaint regarding my broadband connection, that its not working properly..since me calling bsnl people daily 3 times, its been already 10 days nobody is care to solve my problem. Person called mallesh (JTO) over east anand bagh malkajgiri, instead me informing my problem to him several times, he never showed interest in solving my problem. So i request you to help me in this regard.
