BSNL
Delay in providing BSNL land line connection

Sir,

Hi

This is to inform, have applied new connection at Porur circle, since I recently got shifted my house from Cochin,

Applied the form and paid the amount as mentioned, got reply from the person who collected money " your connection will be through in next 6 days " but after 60 days also, there is no indication for getting my line. Even there is no response for call.

Approached customer care, diverting call to SDE office. Now I am in condition, where to demand.

Can BSNL will solve this …………………???
