Shifting of Telephone and Broadband

Hi

I have requested for shifting of telephone connection for Jeevan Bheema nagar to Marathhalli around one and half month back.

My previous telephone number is 25277821

and Order no is 73024708

They said that it will be shifted in 15 day still now it is not shifted. I have called them several times there was no proper response. I have gone to the BSNL office at Indranagar, they have made me to go to one department to the other and made me wait for 2 hours for concern person Mr. Irulandi he did not come on that day and there was no one had given proper response regarding the shift.

They have given Mr. Irulandi no.9449850390 to speak, daily I call him he says I am in traffic I am unable to hear. He had given another number 9480557782 of Purushotham, I have tried this number also but I did not get any response from this number any time.

It is really frustrating, Please let me know whom to contact and have my issue will be fixed.
