ITC CARD PROBLEM

BSNL have Portal service for purchasing ITC CARD in online.

I purchased one ITC Card in the on line Yesterday (07-10). I select 200rupees card. amount also deducted from my SBI account Rs 221/=

The display also show payment transfer successfully.

I got SMS from SBI BSNL payment successful like that.

After that system display shown BSNL sever is not responding like that, then automatically my user name logged out.

That is the reason, I didn’t get any PIN number and CARD Number from BSNL sever.

I informed TRICHY call centre, they are called that day itself. But the problem is not solved. They are told we will call Bangalore, then come back to you like that.

Till now nobody not yet called.

From 07-10, I called daily in the call centre they are given daily one trichy ph.no, you can call this no. all number is not responding, they are not pick the ph.

They are not register the complaint also.
