Broadband complaint (pending for long time)

My telephone number is 044 24580542. My broadband has not been working for more than a week now. Repeated calls to the Thoraipakkam exchange, Complaints in BSNL Core Customer care didn't yield any response as well. My complaint number is 88469166. The Customer care people refuse to take another complaint since this complaint is still open.

Reaching customer care is another bigger task. It gets disconnected after 1 minute saying SORRY.

I get irresponsible answer from the JE at thoraipakkam office. When I say "I am not satisfied with the service", he gives irresponsible answers like "Disconnect and go" I am hoping that I would get atleast some response from their side. Will be taking up this issue with TRAI on monday
