Cheating by changing the jodi plans

I am having BSNL post-paid 725 plan (which includes a parent SIM and Two JODI SIMs) & I am not satisfied with BSNL's move to change the tariff of both the JODI and JODI PLUS to PLAN 99.

This Change in plan was informed only on 16th October a day after changing the plan.

BSNL prompted me to take this plan by offering two SIMs without rent (Rs. 725/month per SIM), with the same tariff as that of the Parent SIM. It is difficult for me to change the mobile number now and using it would be very costly as they have cut short an offer worth Rs. 1450 A MONTH.

I have also complained to BSNL's consumer grievance cell and TRAI’s contact e-mail address, as they have failed to continue the offer that attracted me to choose PLAN 725. But there was no response other than an auto reply mail sent on Sun, 27 Sep 2009. Kindly assist me in this case so that I can move to consumer court in the right way.
