Reduction of Balance without any information

My mob. no is 9532873769 and I live in U.P. East Circle In Unnao distt. I have recharged with 230 Rs on 16-10-09 which is Unlimited GPRS tarriff of B.S.N.L..for 1 month.but my account balance is reduced by 52.90 Rs without any prior confirmation. and I have not called anywhere and neither done any message. but customer care is not able to answer me. I am conti nuously facing the problem of deduction in my balance. I want my money back and a reasonable fine should be applied on such type of service providers.
