Excess billing

I had a bsnl land line bearing number 03473-223433. This was issued by bsnl Barajagulia, Ranaghat, Distt NADIA West Bengal in ye 2005. It was ONE INDIA PLAN. I regularly paid all the bills andno due was ever left against me till May 07 when Suddenly I doubted that my bill was going on higher side. I complained about it and asked for call details w.e.f. DEC 07 to June08 and on reciept I found that there were charges taken 1 Rs for even 30 second call . later on it was told to me that threr was some mistake in setting and I was told that about more than 10000 Rs was excessively charged from me for th period quoted above. Meanwhile I was posted to Agartala in July 08. I tried to keep track but till date no response has come from BSNL.Request look into the matter.
