Regarding de-activation of model of the day service

Respected Sir,

I have wrongly activated model of the day service in my cell No. 94185-50605, i have made serveral efforts to deactivate the said service, but all in vain,

I therefore pray your goodself to kind deactivate the aforesaid service from the aforesaid number
