Gprs recharced still cutting main balance

Sir

I beg to state that i hav recharged with rs 125.00 to get bsnl gprs free for 15 days.as my kolkata bsnl no is 9433087345.but 6 days passed they r still deducting from my main balance. I called up the customer care every days but they r respond coldly and saying its under process.what will i do plz suggest.thanking you&&&
