OUTGOING NOT STARTED

Gudafternoon sir,

i have taken a vanity mobile number-9462111111 @ Rs.17100 on 29th september... sim charges were Rs.221... but i hvnt got any balance in my phone... outgoing has not yet started..the grace period of my sim card is 25th october..so kindly sort out this problem as quickly as possible..
