1 The broad band modem is not working since last 11 days. complaint filed the telephone exchange/JTO since then. No action taken so far. Hnce i want immediate attention by concerned authority. Also no billing be made during the non functional period.

2 The telephoen No 0468 2217718 is not functioning properly. We cannot hear anything from the otherside. Complaint filed with (on phone) the exchange remain unattended. Pl take immediate action.
