Deducting Balance Without reason

Hello Sir,
My Name is Pranav Bhasin. I am using a bsnl connection whose number is 9416080679 a student plan. I have been using this number from last two and half years almost.
I am fed up with the bsnl mistakes and its customer care executives.
This is third time i have been cheated by the BSNL.
This time they have activated my caller tune previous month automatically when i contact one of the customer care senior executive named Mr. Sunil at Gurgaon Call Center he says that its an promotional service free for one month. After that it will be disconnected automatically or you will receive an sms to continue further then you have to reply no for removing caller tune or yes to continue the caller tune.
Two days before i received an sms from 56700 it says "Your 30 days Free BSNL tune service will expire in 2 days. To renew send SMS SUB to 56777 toll free. Subscription charges Rs. 25/month.
I called at the customer care they says do not reply any thing regarding the message your caller tune will be deactivated automatically.
But 18th oct. afternoon company has deducted 12 Rs. Balance from my account. When i contact at the customer care they completely denied there responsibility by saying Sorry if some one has provide you this information but you should have manually disconnect your caller tune previously.
It's not about the money but i need a solution for this due to your employees mistakes customers have to suffer a lot.
Now i need a solution for this neither they refund any money nor they solve any problem, they just deny there responsibilities every one including customer care executives and bsnl officers.
In the Second Case what happened with me is I received an sms from BSNL regarding the validity recharge which says that recharge with Rs.1100/- and get the full talk time and one year validity. I confirm this scheme from BSNL Main office in Karnal. They says the scheme is right you can recharge with this scheme this is applicable on all plans.
But when i recharge my account with the said scheme what i received is Rs. 900/- balance which is Rs.200/- less from the said scheme and validity of only 4 months. which is a huge loss.
When i again contact them regarding the said event. They says that it's not in there hand it's an mistake from behind.
And didn't refund me or extend the validity.
Kindly provide me the solution for this problem.
