I am using a cellone sim in my mobile. I have to try a number of time to get connected to someone on mobile particularly to people using other network (idea, airtel etc.). It rarely happens that I am able to connnect to somebody in one attempt. Sometimes even after trying for more than 10 times I am unable to connect to the person whom I am trying to call. People find me out of network though I am well in the network. They find it very difficult to contact me.

Also it is often very difficult to connect to customer care.

These peoblems have gone beyond limits and have become highly irritating.

I may be forced to change my service from BSNL to some other mobile service provider.
