Not disabling the services even after complaint

Espected sir

I am a user of bharat sanchar nigam limited (mobile services).

I have activated chat servise but after sometime a want to dis-

able my chat service. I have made many contacts with custo-

mer care of the mentioned company. They have said to send

an sms to 51819 with the message body UNSUB CHAT. I

have sent several messages to the metioned number. Eight

moths have gone and in every month they are charging

Rs 30/month. each month i am facing the same problem

and seven or eight times i have sent the messges several

messges in different forms as suggested by their customer

care operators. My services are not going to stop.

I know you have several complaints but please give your

some valuabe time to my problem i will be highly oblized

to you.
