I went for a plan change from Home-250 to Home-500 for the month of October. They always told me that the plan switches at the start of the month i.e. at the 1st of every month. It also showed that way in the website. But when i checked the usage details they started the plan from 3rd October. I have been billed for the night usage of 1st and 2nd October which amounts to a huge download. Please look into the matter and help out. Thanks...
