My BSNL Landline is dead for more than 1.5 years

and i am very sad to bring my complaint here that my telephone is dead for more than one and half years and i am paying the minimum charges for the telephone for these many days. i approached to my nearest telephone exchange and enquired about this issue and the exchange authorities are simply neglecting our complaint reasoning that this number doeas not belong to their boarder

by this time i have to make clear to you that my telephone number was under their service for these many days and now they are telling that the number dont fall in their boarder. hence i would be more happy if any authorities can see this issue and make my phone work.

and its in the name of Mr. Ramasamy (my father)
