In faver of internet problem after recharge

Hello,

on 5 nov. i have been recharge my account with ammount of 230 for internet connection by bsnal prepaid.

my rechage has been succesfull.but net connection does't establish. my friend also facing that probleam.

i want to case on bsnal service.
