Ad service & ignore the complaint by sdo

Sir i m new user of bsnl broadband from 1 month. but from beginning i am suffering from bad connection or bad service or bad speed. i have complained lot of time by our nearby bsnl sdo, but he ignore my request everytime by saying tomorrow & tomorrow. toll free no. 1500 doesnt connect any time.

so sir pls help me from this bad service due to which i will able to use good internet browsing.
