Interrupted WLL internet service

Sir, I have taken a Wll internet connection having no 03712291959 in Nov. But unfortuately I was unable to access internet facility last 10 (Ten) days. I have complaint in our local telephone exchange many times but nothing happend till now. Unfortunately they interrupted my service more than 10 (Ten) hours a day.

So, I informed you to take necessary action as I get proper service in future.
