Top up of mobile notdone

Sir I had recharged my mobile No.9495712008 through BSNL online

First i charged for rs 220/- when it was usucssesful i charged again for 220/- but my mobile was not charged. Both this amount was takken from my Bank account. when i complaind to customer service they said as there was a problem on server on 24/11/09 mabe it will be o.k within 12 hrs but till now nothing has happend
