Delay in new bsnl landline telephine connection

Two year ago, I had applied to vasai bsnl office for new landline telephone connection but

still I am waiting for new connection. From last two year i am not getting any response

from bsnl office. I am totally fed up with bsnl staff.

Details is as follows,

1) consumer no - 2100229302

2) application no -561634

3) only alloted Tel no.- 326632
