Brodband disconnect frequently

I have a BSNL 750 Home combo plan of BSNL. I am from Hyderabad. I am having problems related to the BSNL connectivity which is occurring frequently [after 2-3 minutes], which makes me unable to utilize the service. Apart from that, even if I raised a complaint, they didn't respond to it & made it close without confirming, consulting or even keeping me in knowledge.

Please have a strict action against them, as I suppose I am not the only one who is facing this problem.
