My previous landline no 044-26546101, did not work from 1st Aug to 31st Aug.

Despite repeated complaints to 1500 and mails to the corresponding officers, nothing had happened.

Only on 31st Aug the issue was resolved. BSNL chennai had issued telephone usage bill for that month.

I had submitted an RTI to CPIO, chennai, asking him to expalin the reasons for delay and to waive the rental for the month, during which the line was dead.

But till now I have not recieved any response for my RTI. Also BSNL has disconnected my landline (without informing the reasons). When I tried to call the AO (Ambattur), no one is responding in that number.

Now i have written a mail complaint to appalette authority. I have to see whether i get a response atleast from him.
