Disturbance in phone since 1 month

There is so much disturbance in my phone since 1 month. It's very difficult to hear the person on the other side. I have registered complaints so many times by my landline phone, but still not got it resolved. So please do the needful and solve the problem as early as possible. My landline No. is 079-25381419.
