About magic vouche

My name is hemant pratap singh, a student of civil engineering ITBHU Varanasi. i have bsnl prepaid connection. i bought a magic voucher on 29/12 with expiry date of 30/10. after some days near 04/01 i tried to recharge the voucher but the response was that the voucher is expired voucher. i called customer care but all vain. they told me that the scheme is all ready stop by the BSNL and they don't have further information about the voucher. so my rs 226 voucher is going to waste. please help me
