Broadband too slow

BSNL, govt sponsored Broadband services are over rated and underserviced. The extremely slow speed of Uploading and downloading is unacceptable. help and complaint lines to BSNL offices either do not answer calls or cut you off after a brief while.

No reall attention to complaints.

Are they TOO BIG, too important to address customers needs and complaints?

Earlier they blamed the broken under sea cables for the slow traffic. Now they have only themselves to blame. But who cares?
