Oad and connection

From 24 th dec i got broad band connection from bsnl.from that day itself some one is using my connection, since the connection is protected by password, i strongly believe the culprit is with in the exchange.how can i trap this guy.i send acomplaint to bsnl no reply from their end.now am plannig to give this media, may be some one can help on this.

my connection strats when i starts the computer.can some one tell me to disconnect this when am not using the BB .and get c0nnceted when am needed.may be this is the reason the exchange man misusing.
