FAKE CHARGES ON USING WEB ON MOBILE

I have a pre-paid sim of BSNL.I have been using the sim from 4 years. But the web service was enabled last year. Whenever the web is used, only a small amount of balance is deducted (may be 10-25 paisa per page). But sometimes i came to know that my balance is deducted in bulk (60-80 rupees a time). I wondered but i did not paid much heed. But this time on 18-03 at around 8.30 pm I used the web service only for a short period of 5 minutes. On checking the balance I found that 225 rupees have been deducted from my pre-paid balance account. I even have not downloaded anything from the web. When I complained this to "Customer Care" (who never cares their customers actually), they said that nothing can be done related to my complaint. I explained them that i have not downloaded any matrial and have used web service only for 5 minutes. But they said whatever you want to do you can do but we cannot do anything in relation to your balance. Such a big public sector company and such an irresponsible work. Who can trust BSNL now. I want justice in any case.
