Mobile Recharge value not added

I did recharge my 'EXCEL ANANT' sim on 23-03, but still now the value is not added. Customer care executives have been giving assuarance several times befor my sim got deactivated on 25-03. Afterwards, having connected through other mobile, still they are telling 'WORK in PROGRESS', 'Will be solved shortly', 'wait' etc. rutine words. Sometimes they are behaving roughly. My no 9434428474 from Darjeeling District. Complain No 2553619
