SIgnal Problem Heights now

Dear Sir,

I am into real delimma that whether I should continue with BSNL or not. I have taken a BSNL pre paid connecion from Dehradun region, the problem is as soon as I enter Himachal region no network coverage, i do no have any signals on mobile.

I have called BSNL customer care more than 40 times in last 8 months, several compalints have been lodged everytime I am assured that problem will be in solved in 24-48 hrs, but that 24-48 hrs have never come of BSNL. Last complaint was lodged on BSNL on Ist April vide complaint no D013370639 .

If you can see to it would be great. I have lost my patience now. I am just waiting for one week more, otherwise I am shifting to some other operator.
