Not getting landline connection, when nearest wired phone is just 50m away

Dear Sir/madam,

I had landline connection number 079-26860509 and everything was wroking fine. I got another Qtr. and i had to shift in that, which was in the same colony. Another WLL connection was given to me, with reason that cables are not laid in that locality. Now i am too much fed with the new connection no 079-29297840, it has lot of problems. Many a times it shows system busy, when somebody tries to call, most of the times another person hear call ring while at our side we don't hears any ring.

Sometimes call's lost in midst of conversation.

Another problem is that i want to get DataOne Broadband connection, which i am unable to get becuase of WLL connection.

Many attempts were made for cable lying with the authorities but all went in vain.

I am very distress to find that BSNL is unable to get me a landline connection while another building which is just 50 mtrs away have BSNL wired phone.
